The fastest laps were swapped between Guillaume De Ridder, Brandon Maisano, Jeffery Schmidt, Clemente Picariello, Adrien Leidinger and John Barbe.
It was De Ridder who gained pole though, in a session run in pouring rain with a time of 1.12.721 which was 0.5s ahead of Maisano. Third was Nicolas De Moura, then Picariello and Schmidt. Helias was ninth.
