Par chance, les essais chronos de la WSK à Lonato ont débuté après une courte averse, et c’est sur une piste redevenue sèche que les Super KF ouvrent le bal. Nyck De Vries (Zanardi/Parilla) se montre le plus rapide en 42.452 devant un Gary Catt (Tony Kart/Vortex) qui semble toujours autant apprécier le tracé de Lonato. Cesetti (Birel/BMB) 3ème, Convers (Kosmic/Vortex) tout proche, sans doute motivé à l’extrême par ses performances superbes mais non concrétisées à La Conca. Hanley (Maranello/Maranello) 5ème, Ardigo (Tony Kart/Vortex) 6ème et miss Laura Tillett (Tony Kart/TM) en magnifique 7ème place ! Brandon Maïsano n’est pas à Lonato pour des raisons actuellement assez obscures.

Luckily, Qualifying at the WSK at Lonato began after a short shower, and once it was dry Super KF opened the running. Nyck De Vries (Zanardi / Parilla) was fastest, in front of a 42,452 from Gary Catt (Tony Kart / Vortex) who always seems to appreciate the layout of Lonato. Cesetti (Birel / BMB) was 3rd, Convers (Kosmic / Vortex) very near, probably motivated to the extreme by his superb performances which were unrealized at La Conca. Hanley (Maranello / Maranello) was 5th, Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex) 6thy and Miss Laura Tillett (Tony Kart / TM) in a beautiful 7th place! Brandon Maisano is not at Lonato for unknown reasons.
