39 started qualifying in KF2, and a beginner in the category, Spaniard Pedro Hiltbrand (Kosmic / Vortex), took pole position with 43’390 in front of the experienced Danish driver Nikolaj Moller Madsen at the wheel a PCR / TM with the Team Sean GP, 5 thousandths behind the leader. Dennis Olsen, Norwegian (Energy / TM), also new to KF2, set the third fastest time ahead of the Russian Pavel Rudakov (Tony Kart / BMB), Antonio Giovinazzi (PCR /Parilla) and Cristofer Zani (Kosmic / Vortex). Note the return of the driver Sebastien Segond at T3M Sport (Tony Kart / Vortex) after his accident in the GPO at Varennes early in the season. He set the 23rd fastest lap in front of Andrew Tang, from Singapore (Kosmic / Vortex).
