Video: Danilo Rossi wins the 1992 World Formula K Champs at Ugento
1992 was Danilo Rossi’s year. Already winner of the World Cup in Japan and of the World Formula C Championship (for 125cc gearbox karts), the Italian (CRG-Rotax-Dunlop) also landed the World Formula K Championship (the last event bearing this name before the category was renamed Formula Super A in 1993) at Ugento. He finished ahead of his compatriot Alessandro Manetti (Tony Kart-Rotax-Bridgestone) and Switzerland’s Max Busslinger (Birel-Sirio-Vega). (Video commented in German)
