Roy ranked 1st in the KZ2 final

The start of the KZ2 final was close with Charles Fiault (Sodi / Maxter) the leader dogged by Maxime Roy (Tony Kart / TM), while Chritsophe Benoit (Birel / TM) was still close to the two leaders. Roy attacked Fiault and took off on lap 5. Nolan Mantione (Birel / TM) held 4th place ahead of James Glenister (Kosmic / TM) and Amos Mechoulam (DR / TM), penalized in the prefinal. Benoit passed Mantione at halfway and the soon took second. However, it was possible he would get a penalty for a jumped start. This didn’t prevent him from taking the lead with 3 laps to go and was the fastest on the track. He crossed the line first, but was sixth because of his penalty, leaving Roy in first place ahead of Fiault and Benoit.
