PFI: Two KF heats on Saturday morning

Only two heats on Saturday morning for the participants in the European KF Championship at PFI. The weather is not quite summer, but there hasn’t been any rain.

H1 A / E: Litchfield

Mark Litchfield (Kosmic / TM) dominated the race. There was a big fight for podium places. Oliver Norris (FA Kart / Vortex) got second position ahead of Martijn Van Leeuwen (Zanardi / Parilla) and Gabriel Aubry (Tony Kart / Vortex). Niko Kari (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Maxime Potty (Kosmic / Parilla) spun and lost a lot of time, as did Josh Price (Tony Kart / Vortex) who was second for a while. John Norris (Mach1 / TM) was fastest in 5th. Aubry and Kari were demoted to 14th and 17th after receiving 10 second penalties.

H2 B / D: Lando Norris
Alessio Lorandi (Tony Kart / Parilla) led early in the race, but Lando Norris (FA Kart / Vortex) drove relentlessly back from 7th place and won ahead of Nicklas Nieslen (Kosmic / Vortex) and Callum Ilott ( Zanardi / Parilla). Felice Tiene (CRG / Parilla) was 6th, Paolo Besancenez (Tony Kart / TM) 9th.
