Latest decisions of the FIA World Motor Sport Council concerning Karting tenders

Following a fax vote, the World Motor Sport Council of the FIA has taken a number of decisions concerning the selection of tenders for the CIK-FIA Championships, Cups and Trophies as follows:

Fuel

– Panta has been selected for the exclusive supply of fuel for the CIK-FIA World and European Championships, the CIK-FIA KZ2 International Super Cup and CIK-FIA Karting Academy Trophy. The « KART RON 102 Type » fuel will be the same for all of these Competitions.

Tyres

– Vega has been selected for the exclusive supply of CIK-FIA homologated tyres in the « Prime » category for the 2015 CIK-FIA World Championship and European Championship for KF.

– LeCont has been selected for the exclusive supply of CIK-FIA homologated tyres in the « Option » category for the 2015 CIK-FIA World Championship for KF-Junior and European Championship for KF-Junior.

– LeCont has been selected for the exclusive supply of CIK-FIA homologated tyres in the « Prime » category for the 2015 CIK-FIA International Super Cup for KZ2 and European Championship for KZ2.

– Bridgestone has been selected for the exclusive supply of CIK-FIA homologated tyres in the « Prime » category for the 2015 CIK-FIA World Championship for KZ and the European Championship for KZ.

– Bridgestone has been selected for the exclusive supply of CIK-FIA homologated tyres in the « Option » category for the 2015 CIK-FIA Karting Academy Trophy.
