Portimao Academy: France’s Imbourg dominates free practice
In the heat of Portimao, the official free practice of the second round of the CIK-FIA Academy Trophy saw Thomas Imbourg (FRA) post the best performance of the day – 58 »560 – followed by Mads Hansen Eielso (DNK) and Kas Haverkort (NLD) in the first session of the morning in the presence of 47 drivers. Later Imbourg and Hansen shared the lead of the rankings with Kasparas Vaskelis (LTU), Emil Heyerdahl (NOR), Ruben Sabater (ESP) and Thomas Mialane (FRA). Oliver Clarke (GBR), Jonne Ollikainen (FIN), Xavier Handsaeme (BEL), Alfred Nilsson (SWE) mixed regularly with the best performers.
