– Confirmation form for the complimentary rooms (Driver and Mechanic)

To be filled in by the participants the driver and mechanic. BIC will provide one complimentary twin room (2 single beds) for the driver and mechanic for eight nights (08) from 13-20 November 2016 inclusive, with check out on 21 November by 12 p.m.

– Hotel reservation form for additional rooms or extra nights

– Credit card authorization form for payment of extra rooms, extra nights, car rental

– Car Rental form
