Sweden’s Nilsson takes pole in Academy
The second Qualifying session for the Academy Trophy proved faster than the first as it delivered the top four overall: Alfred Nilsson (SWE) the poleman with 51 »769 ahead of Elijah Goldstein (BEL), Jonne Ollikainen (FIN) and Luke Füngeling (DEU). The fastest of the first group, Kas Haverkort (NLD), was in 5th position. Thomas Mialane (FRA) was credited with the 9th time, by 0.324 » and Thomas Imbourg (FRA) 19th. It was a complicated situation for the championship leaders, with Callum Bradshaw (GBR) only 16th and especially for his challenger Xavier Handsaeme (BEL) 32nd after a very bad start.
