David on pole for the Junior Final at Le Mans

O’Neill Muth (Zanardi / Parilla) and Harry Thompson (FA Kart / Vortex) won on Sunday morning in the last two qualifying heats of the OK-Junior European Championship. The weather is quite overcast on the Le Mans circuit, but the track remains dry for now.

Hadrien David (Zanardi / Parilla) took the lead in the final standings against Jonny Edgar (Exprit / TM), while Muth returned to 3rd place ahead of Genis Civico (FA Kart / Parilla). Gillian Henrion (Tony Kart / Vortex) finished 6th in front of Ilya Morozov (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Mattia Michelotto (Zanardi / Parilla). Reshad De Gerus (Tony Kart / Vortex) joined the top 10, while Isack Hadjar (Tony Kart / Vortex) finished 13th. The leader of the Championship, Harry Thompson (FA Kart / Vortex) is 19th ahead of Zak O’Sullivan (FA Kart / Vortex), Leonardo Marseglia (Zanardi / Parilla) 22nd, Gabriel Bortoleto (CRG / Parilla) 24th, Andrea Rosso (Tony Kart / Vortex) 26th, and Christopher Lulham (Tony Kart / Parilla) 32nd.
