Abbasse ahead in Qualifying
Anthony Abbasse (Sodi / TM) proved intractable in KZ2 Qualifying this morning. Taking advantage of the track conditions which were constantly improving, the French championship leader connected the best times to finish nearly seven tenths ahead of his nearest rival, Amos Mechoulam and his very fast new Energy / TM.
Pierre Ragues (Sodi / TM), Christophe Benoit (Birel / TM) and Morgan Weber (Merlin / TM) jostled for position 3, which went to Ragues. Pierre Etienne Chaumat (Intrepid / TM) came very late in the session and won 4th place ahead of Weber.
