Sean Gelael Enters Final Race at Trofeo Margutti

Two weeks after his debut at the WSK Euro Series in Sarno, Sean Gelael went back to Italy for the prestigious Trofeo Margutti, held on the 7 Laghi track in Castelletto. Having already learned a lot from his first European experience, he adopted a cautious approach in the qualifying phase and was therefore able to line up for the pre-final start in 21st place. Mission accomplished.

He made an excellent start, showed a good burst of speed and recovered 8 places during the race, to conclude with a 13th place. Unfortunately he ended up stuck between two well known drivers at the start of the final race, he was run into, restarted at the back of the grid and then had to stop soon afterwards, his hopes of a positive result gone up in smoke.
