Basz seizes Superpole in KF1

Poland’s Karol Basz (RK / BMB) dominated the SuperPole session for KF1 in the WSK Euro Series this Saturday morning at La Conca. The drivers waited until the last moment, 4 minutes before the end of the session to take to the track. Basz was first with a time of 46 »694, before improving on the following lap with 46 »465. Nyck De Vries (Zanardi / Parilla) took his time to rev up, but it was not enough and had to settle for second place with 46 »516 in front of Alexander Albon (Intrepid / TM), Ignazio D’Agosto (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Zdenek Groman (Kosmic / Vortex). Basz gained 6 places on the starting grid. Yet the odds of De Vries are unwavering …
