Bénabent and Fontenille on pole in KZ125 at Laval

The KZ125 Gentlemen opened the qualifying of the Coupe de France in Laval with their three sessions that run on a slightly slippery track, but with dry and windy weather, and steadily increasing grip so that pole in group 1 is more than 3 seconds faster than in group 3. This difference justifies the application of the 101% rule.

Olivier Galmiche (Intrepid / TM) set the fastest time of the first session with 57 » 896 for Cédric Clause (Tony Kart / TM) and Stéphane Marzelier (Energy / TM). Teddy Legendre was the fastest in the 2nd series with 56 » 352 ahead of Franck Savouret (FA Kart / TM) and Romuald Beauvois (PCR / TM). Bruno Bénabent (Kosmic / TM) was on pole overall in the 3rd, 54 » 697 was the reference time of the class. Fabrice Quaix (PCR / TM) was credited with the fastest time in the second series, Yannick Savard (Birel / TM) third.
