There was one technical problem, three racing incidents, six jumped starts and three for excessive noise, with 1 dB over attracting a penalty of 3 seconds. The Jump Start remains an easy penalty to get in KZ2 under the relentless eye of the camera, but the sanction of three competitors who were too noisy could be to set an example as the number of machines over the limit was significant until Friday morning. Why those three and not others? It would be interesting to find out.
