Rain and sun for the last heats at Lonato

During the day on Saturday there was bright sun in Lonato, but rain came for the last three heats of the Winter Cup. KZ2 heat A against D had already been disrupted by an early downpour which changed the order, with Bas Lammers (Formula K / Parilla) the winning virtuoso of the slides against Andrea Dale (CRG / Maxter) who had dominated up to then. Kozlinski (Intrepid / TM), careful running the kerbs because of the memories of his recent injuries, gave up ground and finished 5th.

KF-Junior faced heavy rain, despite the sun being out, for their last two heats of a wet day at the edge of the flood path, while KZ2 will finish the day, if the area is not not declared a disaster by then, on wet tyres.

The meeting is suspended until conditions are again become passable.
