Academy: Ota takes over in the last heat

It was close at the front of the 3rd heat for the Academy Trophy between Konstantinos, Kakunoshin Ota, Mike Beckhusen and Illya Zamula. There was a big disappointment for polesitter Lucas Légeret who had to retire due to a technical problem. The situation settled down a bit after halfway as Konstantinos had broken away with Ota. The Japanese driver won against the Greek on the last lap after gaining 11 places. Hikaru Kogure took 3rd place ahead of Beckhusen and Zamula, and Della Coletta finished 5th. After adversity in the race, Richard Verschoor had to settle for 16th place.
