Parc Ferme spoiler control at Lonato

Cheating was strongly suspected at the last race at La Conca, so the  commissioners at Lonato took the lead at the Winter Cup. All spoilers must be down or removed before entering the dummy grid, and all chassis fasteners are checked. Simple and effective.
