OK Free Practice: Sargeant sets the pace at Adria

Contrary to what had been feared, rain did not disrupt Friday which was devoted to free practice for the European Championship at Adria. With a best lap 47 »271, Logan Sargeant (FA Kart / Vortex) was the fastest in OK, while constantly being in the leading group, followed closely by Tom Joyner (Zanardi / Parilla). The differences were minimal between their chasers Alexander Smoylar (Tony Kart / Vortex), Konsta Lappalainen (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Clement Novalak (Tony Kart / Vortex). Karol Basz (Kosmic / Vortex) posted 7th time by about 2/10 ahead of Lucas Légeret (Birel ART / Parilla) and Ben Hanley (Croc Promotions / TM). Martijn Van Leeuwen (Birel ART / Parilla), Jean-Baptiste Simmenauer (Tony Kart / Vortex), Lorenzo Travisanutto (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Marta Garcia (Evokart / Parilla) followed from 10th to 13th position, with Christian Lundgaard (Ricciardo / Parilla) 16th, Alexander Gadois (Kosmic / Parilla) 18th, ahead of Pedro Hiltbrand (CRG / Parilla), Paavo Tonteri (CRG / Parilla), Felice Tiene (CRG / Parilla) and François Bécamel (Kosmic / Parilla).
