Alahärmä Saturday night: Doohan in the lead of the Junior heats

As part of the European Championship held in Finland at the Alahärmä circuit, seven qualifying heats were run on Saturday and there will be three races on Sunday morning. The Group B drivers have completed run. The Finnish track has given rise to exciting races, even though overtaking is reserved for motivated drivers. Jack Doohan (FA Kart / Vortex) leads – with two victories – ahead of Harry Thompson (FA Kart / Vortex) and Jonny Edgar (Exprit / TM), who could make the difference on Sunday. Gabriele Bortoleto (CRG / Parilla) has recovered well since his 11th in Qualifying, followed by Jose Maria Navalon Boya (Kosmic / Parilla). Hadrien David (Zanardi / Parilla) was in the top 10, Jules Mettetal (Kosmic / Parilla) around 25th position, Gillian Henrion (Tony Kart / Vortex), quite unlucky, remaining in the same position behind former team-mate Andrea Rosso (Tony Kart / Vortex).
