Leger on pole for the Handikart International Trophy at Essay

13 drivers entered the 2018 International Handikart Trophy organised at the Essay circuit in parallel with the FIA ??Karting European Championship. The heat further complicated the task of the disabled drivers, but they faced it with courage and enthusiasm in their timed session. At the front, the battle involved Maxime Léger, Adrien Turkawka and Alain Nicolle. Marc Borgetto, Stéphane Massard and Laurent Flament vied for 4th place.

Maxime Léger took pole with 50 »462, while Alain Nicolle took 2nd place at the last minute against Adrien Turkawka. Laurent Flament finished 4th ahead of Marc Borgetto and Stéphane Massard.
