Paolo Besancenez

Brilliant in all the categories he has raced in since his debut in Mini-Kart until his recent performances in KZ and Rotax DD2, Paolo Besancenez has started the Brazilian competition under excellent auspices. « I got a good feeling from the start, with a track and equipment that provides very good grip. I like such conditions. On Monday, I finished a session in 3rd position of my group. Afterwards, I experienced some engine interruptions that disrupted our development work, apparently the phenomenon was related to an electrical problem, we think we have rectified the issue, and I hope to reach a good level of performance in the last free session before Qualifying. »

Nicolas Picot
After a difficult first day, Nicolas embarked on a thorough analysis to try to identify his difficulties, in order to remedy them. « I do not have very good braking sensation, it’s quite disturbing, I improved a lot during the sessions, especially in the first two sectors of the circuit, but that’s not yet the case in sector 3. In the beginning, I was in the middle of the ranking, but I managed to join the top six of my group on Tuesday, after working intelligently. »

Franck Lavergne
For his fifth race in Rotax DD2 and his first ever world finals, Franck knows that his task is still hard. « I was a little worried in the first two sessions on Monday, because I was a long way away, more than a second from the fastest, but since then, I’ve been steadily closing the gap, my times are better in each session. Unfortunately , the rain prevented me from continuing the work in a session, I will have to use the last one on Wednesday before Qualifying to continue to progress up the rankings. »
