Academy by OTK Kart Group
Il countdown per la prima prova della Academy Trophy CIK 2016 è quasi terminato, ad Essay (Francia) dal 22 al 24 aprile il campionato internazionale dedicato ai giovani kartisti di tutto il mondo vedrà quale fornitore dei mezzi, OTK Kart Group, con i motori Vortex, i telai Exprit ed il sistema di acquisizione dati by Dakton.
Il nostro staff ha preparato meticolosamente ogni aspetto del lavoro per assolvere nel migliore dei modi il compito affidatoci, previo tender, dalla Federazione Internazionale.
La Academy Trophy è riservata ai giovani piloti di età compresa tra i 13 ed i 15 anni e ad Essay saranno 51 (limite imposto) i piloti a scendere in pista, provenienti da 39 diversi paesi.
Il format dell’evento prevede l’inizio dell’attività mercoledi (20/04) sera con l’estrazione a sorte dei mezzi (telaio e motore). Il motore verrà assegnato all’inizio di ogni week end di gara mentre il telaio resterà lo stesso per tutti e tre gli eventi in cui si articola l’Academy Trophy.
I mezzi saranno uguali per tutti e verranno opportunamente punzonati dai tecnici CIK-FIA per garantire la massima trasparenza ai piloti.
Il pacchetto tecnico in dotazione ai piloti ha quali caratteristiche salienti il motore Vortex DDJ con carburatore dell’Orto VHST da 24 mm, silenziatore d’aspirazione KG nitro, marmitta omologata CIK FIA e il lubrificante impiegato è il Roklube.
Per quanto concerne il telaio, questo è l’ Exprit Noesis con impianto frenante solo posteriore (SA2).
La configurazione con cui il telaio sarà fornito a tutti i conduttori prevede l’assale tipo « N », i cerchi OTK MXJ 130-210.
La veste cromatica dei mezzi è stata studiata appositamente dall’ufficio grafico OTK Kart Group seguendo le richieste CIK.
A completare il binomio motore-telaio Vortex-Exprit vi sarà il sistema di acquisizione dati Dakton XTRA munito di sensore per il rilevamento dei tempi con infrarossi.
All’interno del paddock i piloti dell’Academy avranno uno spazio a loro dedicato in esclusiva che ruoterà attorno al bilico che OTK ha allestito espressamente per questo campionato e lo staff OTK-Academy sarà pronto a soddisfare le richieste dei piloti, nel limite preciso imposto dal regolamento di questo interessante Trofeo CIK-FIA.

The countdown for the first round of the Academy Trophy CIK 2016 is almost finished, in Essay (France) from the 22nd to 24th of April the international championship reserved to young kart drivers from all around the world will see OTK Kart Group as the official supplier of all material, Exprit chassis powered by Vortex engines, as well as the Dakton data capture system.
Our staff has meticulously prepared each aspect of the work, in order to fulfill in the best way the task, according to tender, we were given by the International Federation.
The Academy Trophy is reserved for young drivers aged 13 to 15 years old and in Essay drivers on track will be 51 (set limit), coming from 39 different countries.
The event format sees the beginning of all activities on Wednesday evening (April 20th) with the drawing of lots of the material (chassis and engine). The engine will be assigned at the beginning of each weekend race while the chassis remains the same for all three events scheduled for the Academy Trophy. Chassis will be equal for everybody and the CIK-FIA technical staff will be in charge of the will be punching out of chassis to ensure maximum transparency to the drivers.
The technical package given to drivers has the following outstanding features: Vortex DDJ engine with dell’Orto carburettor VHST 24mm, KG nitro intake silencer, CIK FIA homologated exhaust and Roklube lubricant. As for the chassis, it will be the Exprit Noesis with rear brake system (SA2) only.
The kart configuration given to all drivers provides the « N » type axle and OTK MXJ 130-210 wheels.
The color design of the chassis was specially designed by the OTK Kart Group Graphic Department according to CIK requests.
Completing the Vortex-Exprit engine-chassis combination there will be the Dakton XTRA data capture system, equipped with infrared sensor for recording all lap times.
Inside the paddock the Academy drivers will have a dedicated space around the truck that OTK expressly set up for this championship and the OTK-Academy staff will be ready to meet the demands of the drivers, within the limits imposed by the Regulations of this interesting CIK-FIA Trophy.
